Our staff understand that a visit to the vets can be a stressful time for you and your pet. They are here to help make the experience as pleasant as possible. With this is mind, we have built a Veterinary Hospital to meet your needs.
Our car park provides off-road parking with a dedicated disabled parking space. There is also plenty of on-road parking available. The Hospital access is wheelchair friendly, with a ramp and markings to help the visually impaired.
The interior is bright and designed to create a welcoming and pleasant environment for our visitors and Staff. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of the facilities.
We have separate waiting rooms for our dog and cat patients and each is stocked with quality diets and products to keep your pet healthy. We also hold the very popular and hard-wearing Black Dog range of collars, leads and halters. Our nurses can help you find the right training aid for your dog and help fit it.
Our Staff have extensive knowledge of the over-the-counter products such as worm, flea and tick medications. They are always happy to give advice at Reception or on the phone.
Out the back, we have dedicated cat and dog wards so that your pet enjoys a comfortable stay with us, be it for the day or overnight. We also offer cat boarding, with spacious cages and beds.
We even have the Presidential Suite for those cats needing to stretch their legs!
